Avid Tech DVD Transfer Centre stand behind our family memories project works of the services you receive from us.

We warrant your DVD against defects as each DVD is checked for playability on our testing equipment prior to delivery and is subject to the following common sense exclusions:

DVD Player compatibility issues - DVD-R Format

We can not be responsible for compatibility issues with your particular DVD player

not all DVD players are able to play so called  "Burned" or DVD-R custom made disks as they may have been designed to play only mass replicated commercial DVD's.

commercial DVD's are made using a glass master and all current DVD players will

play these in almost all cases however some features may not work on your DVD Player and this may also be the case with custom made DVD's.

In some cases certain features of the DVD may not be available or play in an unsatisfactory manner, this is not a defective DVD and the solution is to purchase a current low cost DVD player since most of the newer budget players have few if any problems playing custom burned DVD-R disks.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any Avid Tech DVD transfers we will rework free of charge providing you notify us within 14 days from receipt. We do not extend this guarantee to replacement with DVD+R alternative format, an additional fee is applied unless DVD+R is specified at the time of order.

Transit Loss or Damage Exclusion

Avid TechDVD.it's servants, sub contractors, transport companies are under no liability whatsoever for loss or damage during transit save that which is specified

as registered post or insured courier transport. Limited loss recovery $100.00

Back up copies are held in our archive library of film transfers only for 12 mths

Content - media condition exclusions

Every care is taken and the best possible methods are used to transfer your media.

Media content, camera work, faded or damaged and fragile media is accepted in good faith, we can not warrant that your media is able to be processed and you accept we have no control over the condition or content

except where editing can assist to restore as much as possible colour loss,fading, over or under exposure within limits, not all material can be recovered due in part to condition and mechanical / media age or deterioration including twisted video tapes and cassette damages.

Note: All film manufacturers state quite clearly that dyes change over time, colours can shift or

Region Code Free

We do not apply a region code to our DVD's so you can send a PAL TV format DVD to any PAL operating country, similarly NTSC disks are region code free.

Copy Protection Free - Copy Lock Free

You can make a copy of an Avid TechDVD for back up and sharing as we do not copy protect or copy lock our DVD's. Having said that you can not distribute quantities of our DVD's for commercial gain or profit as some of the methods and music we use will have third party limitations against public viewing,distribution or internet video casts.

Our product is intended for personal use-family use only, you must obtain permission prior to attempting use for other purposes.

Copyright of your material is retained and owned by you, however methods and techniques are owned by Avid TechDVD.
